For monitoring and cacth of amphibians we use the Laar M2 newt trap
It´s swim-trap. For storage and tranport purpose the trap can be disassembled. So also bigger projects with a higher number of traps could be good realized. The caught capabilities are excelltent. The trap can be vertical and horizontal in the water, depending on the the water depth.
The traps are also of interest for monitoring purpose of water beetles.
